Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as an OOSH Coordinator

  • Experience managing large services

  • Strong experience with Quality Improvement Plans (QIP)

  • Experience working within shared school spaces

  • Previous Nominated Supervisor experience, including managing large teams and rosters

  • Strong programming and planning skills

  • Experience managing Inclusion Support Funding

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher

  • Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
